- New Year Period : staying over 25th Dec, minimum stay 5 nights and must arrive on or before 21st Dec, staying over 28th Dec, minimum stay 5 nights and must arrive on or before 26th. staying over 31st Dec, minimum stay 9 nights and must arrive on or before 29th of Dec.
- Extra beds are not available to the Standard Room.
- Christmas & New Year : arrival date must be only on or before 20th of December.
- Child 5 - 12 years sharing room with parent without extra bed and breakfast is free of charge.
- Breakfast for Child 5 - 12 years Charge 150 THB Per Child Per Day.

- Full Moon Dinner of Every Month Adult Charge 500 THB Per Person.
- Full Moon Dinner of Every Month Child Charge 250 THB Per Child (5 - 12 years)
- New Year Eve on 31 Dec, 2012 Adult Charge 2,500 THB Per Person.
- New Year Eve on 31 Dec, 2012 Child Charge 1,000 THB Per Child (5 - 12 years)
Transfer :
- Free transfer on arrival from Haad Rin pier to Sarikantang (Pleast call at least 2 hours before arrival)
- Free transfer from thong sala pier to Sarikantang (11.00 - 13.00 only).
- Out of the time Charge 300 THB per round.
